Bavarian Single Malt Whisky, 43%vol

Slyrs Bavarian Single Malt Whisky is the classic of Slyrs. Since 1999 it is distilled and bottled after a maturing period of 3 years. It is matured in new 225 l barrels of American Oak.

 

Colour:

Bright golden yellow

Nose:

Clear and fine malted barley, complex aromas of vanilla with hints of hay, from the new American Oak casks

Taste:

Gentle and aromatic malty with fruity Notes, reminescent of chocolate

Finish:

Long and intense, spicy notes with slightly smoky notes from the toasted casks
