* Please note that due to customs duties provisions we can deliver spirits and products containing alcohol only within and to Germany.
From 01.07.2021 we had to finish all shipping throughout EU and outside Germany - even for non alcoholic beverages - due to the new EU value added tax regularities. The administrative effort is too much.
 

Self-Pickup

All items can be picked up at our stores by yourself.

Shipping Times:

• as declared with every article
• Should an article not be deliverable for a short time, we inform you.
• International: depending on destination - as noted  under "Shipping"
• Shipping happens directly after receipt of payment.
• You receive our shipping confirmation via E-Mail.
• Packet disposal to the parcel services is carried out daily on weekdays.

Parcel Tracking:

• In the evening of the shipping day you'll receive an E-Mail from DHL
  with your personal parcel tracking-link.
• With this link you can track the route of your packet easily via Internet.
• It contains as well your tracking number for later demands.

Please always check your spam folder! These mails often are rejectes.

You are not at home?

• The postman will try to deliver the packet to a neighbour.
• You are informed about this by a note in your post box.

If your packet can't be delivered:
• Your packet will be kept at the next post station for you.
• You receive a written note where your packet is.
• You have one week to fetch your packet.

Please always use your tracking link when you are missing a packet!

Your parcel was damaged?

• Please report us a damage without delay! Only with an announcement
  within 7 days the insurance provides replacement!
• If you realize a damage during reception, you can refuse the acceptance.
  The packet then goes directly back to us.
• If you realize a damage or a missing amount just while opening of the packet,
  please check first whether it contains a Damage Record of the parcel service.
  If yes, the damage has already been documented.
• If there is no Damage Record, we need a proof  for the insurance that there is
  a damage indeed. Please take a photo of the damaged product in your packet
  and send it via E-Mail to shop@beowein.de

Please note at all costs: Report damages immediately !



If you haven't received your packet 3 days after shipping confirmation: Please inform yourself about the shipping status of your packet with the parcel tracking-link from your E-Mail via Internet.
Often the notification card in the post box gets deposed of by accident together with the advertisements because it is as colorful. You see via Internet whether your packet is at a neighbour's.

Product descriptions and pictures

The product pictures are non-commital catalogue photographs. Variations of the delivered product from the picture shown in the shop because of changed labels or product design we must reserve. We guarantee delivery of the offered bottle content. Please ask before ordering when you are looking for a special label or bottle design.
