Finch Whisky is a German single malt from the Swabian Alps. The distillery uses the largest pot still in Germany. The whisky is distilled from cereals grown on 400 ha of own fields. Used are varieties like wheat, barley and spelt, but also rare varieties like emmer (amelcorn).
