A great beer is the result of many factors: a careful selection of ingredients, a good recipe, an impeccable work at brewing stage and a solid experience in managing fermentation processes. If these elements are there, no other funky ingredients are needed. The four fundamentals are enough: good water, the right hops and malts and the best yeast.
With his “pure malt” beers, Teo shows that it only takes the four classic ingredients to obtain great and interestingly complex products. Baladin Super needs no introduction. The first bottled Baladin beer, it is an amber ale inspired by Belgian Abbey beers. Its alcohol content is 8% abv and has become a real icon, in Italy and beyond. It has undoubtedly evolved over time, maybe losing some muscles, but acquiring more elegance and balance in the process.
Baladin Super takes inspiration from Abbey beers and interprets them with its own style. It has a gleaming amber color and smells of tropical fruit, banana and marzipan. Super is harmony turned into beer and leaves an aftertaste of dried fruit and almonds. Easy to drink and well balanced, it is the ideal accompaniment to food and is perfect to sip in the company of friends.
