Slyrs Pedro Ximénez Finish is finished in ex Pedro Ximenez Sherry casks. These casks originate from the Bodegas Tradicion and are up to 60 years old.

For up to nine months Slyrs Single Malt Whisky is allowed to release the regal sherry aroma from the pores of the wood, to take on the aroma and the tannin and becomes a Slyrs Pedro Ximénez with a regal taste and and a wonderful colour of amber.

This mild whisky impresses by it’s delightful aroma and the taste of sun dried raisins.
