Holzkraft wood beer comes from Thuringia from the Eichsfelder Braukultur GmbH in Worbis.

For Holzkraft beer type pine at first an extrakt from pine twig tips is made and then mazerated. This solution is added while the brewing process to the brew.
The final beer got a unique, woodily fresh note.

Ingredients: water, barley malt, hops, pine twig tips extract mazeration.
