Holzkraft wood beer comes from Thuringia from the Eichsfelder Braukultur GmbH in Worbis.

For Holzkraft beer type birch the brewery uses pure birch juice wich is extracted from birches in the woods of the Mark. This birch juice is added while the brewing process to the brew.
The final beer got a unique, mellow birch note.

Ingredients: water, barley malt, hops, birch juice.
