A first for Deanston this rare Organic Single Malt Whisky has been handmade by a small team of local craftsmen who rely on traditional distilling techniques and their own eye to ensure quality. Certified Organic from start to finish by the Organic Food Federation – from the ingredients, distillation, maturation and bottling this precious spirit was carefully hand-filled to new oak barrels and left to sleep, undisturbed, for 15 years in the vaulted warehouse at Deanston Distillery.

This is a limited annual batch release, and the first organic Deanston is something of a milestone. Un-chill filtered to retain its natural flavour and deep character this is the very best that nature, knowledge and patience can provide.

Non chill filtered, no colouring.
