Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky, 46%vol


This Wolfburn Single Malt Whisky is the first general release of the new distillery. The smooth and warming flavour stems from the way it is made. Long fermentation is followed by gentle distillation and maturation in oak casks in dark and cool warehouses.

No colouring, no chill filtration

Nose:

sherry sweetness accompanied by dried fruits and malt

Taste:

a warmth imparted from the sherry, augmented by autumn fruits and nutty flavours, with a hint of spice in the background

Finish:

wonderfully smooth and mellow
