Fruit brandy, 40%vol

Gansloser Fruit Brandy is distilled from apples and pears. Distillation is done in discontinuous column distillation. The spirit is at first matured in wooden barrels at a strength of 48%vol, then for two more years in stainless steel tanks.

 

 

Colour:

Clear with onion coloured hue from the wood of the barrels

Nose:

Clear, intense, characteristic, aromas of apple, pear and woody spice

Taste:

Beneath pipfruit notes you can find caramel, round body, pleasing alcohol

Finish:

Medium length, distinct apple and caramel
