J.Bally 7 year old is a rum agricole from Martinique, carefully aged in small oak casks. Rhum agricole is distilled from fresh fermented sugar cane, instead of molasses as usual.
Bottled in the unique J.Bally pyramid bottle this rum established it’s reputation all over the world.
 

Colour:

Brillant mahogany

Nose:

Vanilla, floral notes, spices like cinnamon and nutmeg, slightly toasted notes and chocolate

Taste:

Distinct woody note, spicy but not flamboyant aroma of candied fruit, rich and complex

Finish:

Long lingering
