J.Bally 3 year old is a rum agricole from Martinique, carefully aged in small oak casks. It is the first age bottling offered in the characteristic J.Bally pyramid bottle.
 

Colour:

Bright copper

Nose:

Intense and aromatic, nice balance of vanilla and fruit, dry wood and dried fruit

Taste:

Lively, rich and fresh taste with some vanilla, candied citrus fruit and a subtle woody note

Finish:

Medium long, the fruitiness still prevails the woody notes after three years of maturation
