Blended Irish Whiskey, 53%vol


St. Patrick’s Single Malt Irish Whiskey is released in 2016 and the first single malt bottling offered by the St. Patrick’s Distillery. It is matured in first fill bourbon barrels and Oloroso sherry casks. Only 1.425 bottles are available, each is individually numbered.

Nose:

Herbal thyme, savoury vanilla with a hint of charcoal and milk chocolate. Background has slight note of banana, white pepper and tropical pineapple.

Taste:

Dry and spicy, with hints of sweet herbal and toffee. Lovely with just a drop of added water. Fatter, much fruitier, sweeter with more body.

Finish:

Lingering with vanilla and malt
