Single Malt Irish Whiskey, 40%vol
The Quiet Man Single Malt 8 Jahre is an irish whiskey, distilled in pot stills. Until the opening of the new distillery in Derry it is made from new make, bought at other distilleries, and matured in Derry. After a first maturation in traditional oak casks the whiskey is re-casked into new first-fill Bourbon casks and finished.
