The 15 year old was first released in 2005 with a limited number of bottles. Now there’s a new edition and this extraordinary quality is available again.

Matured at least for 15 years in Spanish Oloroso Sherry Butts and American Borbon Barrels. Redbreats 15yo has the typical pure pot still aroma with a full body, pleasantly fruity, with a hint of almond, spices and apple wood. Nutty sherry notes alternate with toasted wood and a touch of vanilla.

Pure Pot Still is a unique type of whiskey. It is produced in copper pot stills using not only malted barley, but an amount of unmalted barley. Redbreast is produced at the Old Midleton Distillery by Irish Distillers. Along with Midleton's 8 year old Green Spot, Redbreast is the only pure pot still whiskey produced today.
