Teeling Single Malt is the third release in the Premium range of Teeling expressions completing a full range of non aged Irish whiskeys. Made from 100% Malted Barley from a range of different ages including Malt whiskey distilled in 1991. Aim to produce the most flavoursome NA Irish Single Malt based on innovative maturation/finishing techniques while retaining the distinctive Irish smoothness. Consists of a vatting of 5 different wine cask (Sherry, Port, Madeira, White Burgundy, Cabernet Sauvignon) finished Irish Malt whiskeys. Like all the Teeling whiskeys it is bottled at 46% with no chill filtration allowing for all the natural flavours of the whiskey to be retained.

Jack Teeling, founder of the Teeling Whiskey Co., comes from a family long associated with Irish whiskey. From Walter Teeling in 1782 who setup a distillery on Marrowbone Lane in Dublin to John Teeling who founded Cooley Distillery in 1987, the first new Irish whiskey distillery to be establish in Ireland in over 100 years. Jack continues on the Teelings entrepreneurial spirit and while initially starting out as an Independent bottler aims to get back into the distilling game to ensure a constant supply of Irish whiskey. The Teeling Whiskey Co. reviving the Independent Spirit of Ireland.
