Pear brandy, 40%vol

The pears for the Gansloser Williams Pear Brandy come from the Swabian Alps, South Tirol, Valais and Alsace. They are fermented without cores and stalks and distilled discontinuous.

 

Appearance:

Clear, reflecting transparent

Nose:

clean, fine and typical williams pear fruit, appetizing green notes, bold, medium bodied

Taste:

On the palate smooth, ripe juicy fruit with fruity bitter notes

Finish:

Dry and medium long finish with pleasing fruitiness
