The fruits for Pfau Carinthian Perry-Pear are harvested in October. They come from 100 % Carinthia - Lavanttal valley and middle Carinthia, from old high-stemmed trees of scattered fruit tree areas.

The taste is natural, good, pithy, strong, spicy, classic attributes, clear and clean-tasting, clear presence and forceful on the palate, quite full-bodied and concentrated, much juice, balance, matured body, beautiful and with pronounced flavors, powerful, yet soft and well-defined.
