Sparkling wine rosé dry, bottle fermentation


Rotkäppchen's winemakers have been cultivating the art of producing sparkling wine since 1856. They have composed this dry, delicate, single grape variety of Rosé sparkling wine from select German wines.

Produced through bottle fermentation and matured for over nine months, this apricot colour, dry Pinot Noir Rosé from Rotkäppchen is supplied with a fresh bouquet of berries and fruits. In addition to strawberry and raspberry notes, there is also a subtle aroma of cherries present. The enduring lively effervescence and delicate flavour, in combination with a balanced acidity, makes this latest variety of the Rotkäppchen winemakers a taste sensation of distinction.

Dosage: 17 - 21g/l sugar
Alcohol content: 12,5%vol
