German Single Malt Whisky, 46%vol


The Slyrs Single Malt Whisky matures at first in virgin American Oask casks of 225 litres size. The toasted oak gives natural colour and aroma to the whisky. During the last 17 months the whisky is finished in special marsala casks from Sicily. In this time it develops it’s pleasing mediterranean marsala wine notes. The result is a wonderfully complex tasting experience.

Non chill-filtered, no colouring.
 

Colour:

Dark amber to copper

Nose:

Aromatic fruit (like strawberry and red currant) and a slight sweetness

Taste:

Cooked fruit, jam, rich and warming nutmeg

Finish:

Pleasing and long with distinct Slyrs-note
