Tom Cleary has that passion because his family have been blending and tasting whiskey in their own bar cellars for generations. He takes pride in everything he serves his customers in the Temple Bar in the heart of Dublin, and a very special pride in this 10 year old single malt which today is being widely enjoyed.
Like the legendary Temple Bar from which it gets its name, the 10 year old single malt has matured in American oak over long years to achieve a unique character that is as lively and enjoyable, as it is deep and memorable. At once fresh and well balanced.
