Aultmore is a secret malt of more knowledge by reputation than experience. This changes now when distillery owner Bacardi releases some of it’s former hidden malts in the range “the last great malts of Scotland”. Several regular distillery bottlings are now available.

Non chill filtered, natural colour
 

Nose:

a verdant nose of dewy moss and delicate flora, ripe and soft fruit, honeysuckle in balanced harmony with thyme and chervil

Taste:

Rich, fruity flavour, sweet taste of vanilla and biscuit

Finish:

Long, soft and gentle
