Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky, 59,6%vol – depending on bottling
Batch number and individual content of alcohol – apr. 58%vol depending on bottling – are noted on every bottle.
Digestive biscuits, ripe bananas and a hint of pepper. This is the taste of Scotland’s slowest distillation, matured in sherry casks crafted from European and American oak. It's then bottled as tradition insists: at cask strength, un-chillfiltered.
Cask Recipe:
1/3 1st Fill European Oak Sherry.
2/3 1st Fill American Oak Sherry
a smattering of bourbon barrels.

Ripe banana, warm baked custard, peppered strawberries, digestive biscuits, soft oak and a short sherbet tingle. |

Taste: |
Thick rosehip syrup, Demerara sugar developing into a spicy, gooseberry dryness. Wonderful balance, nothing dominates. Splash of water brings intensified syrup and green fruits. |
