All along the Austrian hunters who were cold during raised hide made themselves a hot tee using honey, wine, schnapps and other ingredients. Since then this hot drink is called “Jaga-Tee” (= “hunter’s tea”)

The Alpenmax is a not as highly seasoned and not as sweet as many other Jaga-Tees, but with a clear and warming aroma of rum.

Jaga-Tee is the perfect companion during the cold season. These warming drink, diluted with the correct amount of hot water (up to 3 pieces of water with 1 piece Jagatee) is giving the ideal hot drink.
