Apricot brandy from South Tirol, 39%vol
Distillate made of apricots. Suitable quality products and an extremely careful production method are required to distil a truly typical apricot schnapps, while adequate storage time (at least 1 year) is also very important. If all these criteria are met, the result is a fruit distillate with enormous fruitiness and full aroma.
Distilled in water bath pot. The spirit is clear, the aroma intense, typically with a slight almond note, the flavour harmonious and full, the aftertaste: long lasting.
