Ein erstklassiges naturtrübes Hefeweizen. Meiner Meinung nach das Beste was zur Zeit auf dem Markt ist. Geschmack, Geruch , Aussehen...alles sehr stimmig.

Das Bier hat eine schöne, orangene Farbe. Es ist Hefe trüb und sprudelt gut unter seiner sahnigen Schaumhaube. Es riecht nach Hefe und Banane. Der etwas säuerliche Grundgeschmack ist sehr erfrischend. Banane und etwas Bitterorange sorgen für die fruchtigen Noten. Die gut eingestellte Kohlensäure prickelt angenehm auf der Zunge. Der Nachtrunk wird dann hefig und es zeigt sich sogar etwas Herbe im Gaumen. Das Benediktiner Weissbier ist ein gelungenes Hefeweizen. Ich kann es gut empfehlen.Das Weizen ist wenig bitter und ziemlich süffig. sehr gutes Bier !!
