Dieser Absinth schmeckt, wie in der Beschreibung gut beschrieben wurde, mild und nach Anis mit einer Spur Pfefferminz. Mir persönlich fehlt ein wenig die Präsenz der anderen Zutaten, aus denen Absinth hergestellt wird, aber es gibt ja viele verschiedene Rezepte.
(Tipp: unbedingt die Rezepte auf der Verpackung ausprobieren!)
