From the house of Martin Doorly has emerged a rum without equal. To produce the unique character of Doorly’s XO, some of Foursquare’s oldest rums are carefully selected for a special second maturation. This second maturation is carried out with oak already seasoned in the ageing of fine Spanish Oloroso sherry. The result is a delicate fusing of complex flavours giving rise to a rum of unparalleled excellence.

Fruity with a gentle perfumed sweetness

Notes of vanilla, baked bananas, together with raisins and a hint of walnut
