Blended Irish Whiskey, 40%vol

Tullamore Dew 12-year-old is a deluxe blend with "a full, smooth, well-rounded whiskey, combining maltiness and pot still character. Sweet spicy notes overlay rich woody background from the bourbon casks used in maturation".

Colour:

Pale amber with orange tingel

Nose:

Sweet nuttiness with a touch of charred wood and hint of lemon.

Palate:

Body complex and well flavoured combining robust pot still with distinctive malty and sherry notes, palate smooth and full; woody undertones, giving way to sweet Oloroso nuttiness with just a touch of spice

Finish:

Rich, long, pleasantly dry finish which is also slightly lemony and sweet
