All along the Austrian hunters who were cold during raised hide made themselves a hot tee using honey, wine, schnapps and other ingredients. Since then this hot drink is called “Jaga-Tee” (= “hunter’s tea”)
The firm Spitz is a 150 year old company in Austria. The Spitz Jagertee has an unique intense winterly orange flavour, on the base of warming rum with spices like cloves.
Jaga-Tee is the perfect companion during the cold season. These warming drink, diluted with the correct amount of hot water is giving the ideal hot drink.
Recipe:
Normal: 1 glass
Strong: 2 glasses
Extra strong: 3 glasses
with one tea glass of hot water. Sugar as much as you please.
With colouring (caramel)
