This unique, rare bottling of Deanston was originally hand-filled into bourbon casks in June 2006. After 8 years the amber gold spirit was then carefully transferred to specially selected Pedro Ximenez butts and returned to Deanston’s vaulted warehouse on the banks of the River Teith.
Here it was left to finish maturing for a further 2 years, taking on the influence and aromas of the dark, sweet sherry wood. The result is an exceptional one-off limited edition single malt whisky that displays the distinctive honey notes of Deanston, but with added notes of fruit cake, raisins and chocolate that reward and delight.

Non chill filtered, no colouring.
