Pulco Zitrone kann sehr gut zum Aromatisieren von Mineralwasser genutzt werden, schmeckt ausgezeichnet und zeichnet sich durch einen recht geringen Zuckergehalt aus (6,1g / 100 ml Konzentrat). Leider ist die noch zuckerärmere Variante (0,5g / 100 ml) nur in Frankreich verfügbar (Eigentlich merkwürdig, weil die Exportvariante auch den Vermerk "ohne Zuckerzusatz" trägt.) Pulco enthät auch keine Konservierungs- oder Farbstoffe. Die Haltbarkeit beträgt (ungefähr) ein Jahr. Natürlich ist es auch zu anderen Zwecken (Kochen, Cocktailzubereitung usw.) geeignet. Das Konzentrat ist gelblich trüb.

Wir mischen es immermit Sprudelwasser, weil es leckerer schmeckt als das ganze total zugesüßte Limonadenzeug.
