Pure Pot Still is a unique type of whiskey. It is produced in copper pot stills using not only malted barley, but an amount of unmalted barley. Redbreast is produced at the Old Midleton Distillery by Irish Distillers. Along with Midleton's 8 year old Green Spot, Redbreast is the only pure pot still whiskey produced today.
