Ouzo
Ouzo is the national drink of the Greeks. It is made of a distillate of grapes as the alcoholic base and anise. Other aromatic herbs and spices ar used. Ouzo is only allowed to be produced in Greece, must be clear and colourless and is allowed to contain sugar up tu 50 g/l.
