Glen Scotia 18 year old startet its maturation in refill bourbon casks and refill American oak hogsheads before Glen Scotia’s master blender hand selected the fines ones and vatted them together for a twelve month finish in first fill oloroso casks. The oloroso finish brings perfume, floral notes which complement the distillery character of fruit with hints of sea spray and spice. An exceptional single malt delivering the true character of a Cempbeltown single malt whisky.

Non chill filtered, no artificial colouring.
 

Nose:

Crisp saltiness, perfumed floral notes and thick sweet toffee.

Taste:

Rich deep vanilla fruit flavours, apricot and pineapple, plump sultana.

Finish:

Long and dry with gentle warming spice.
