Sparkling wine dry, bottle fermentation
Since 1856 the cellarers of the house Rotkäppchen cultivate the high art of creation of champagne. Bound by this tradition they composed this dry and elegant Riesling-Cuvée by selected german wines. With classy freshness, harmonical rounded sourness and soft sparkling. Made in traditional bottle fermentation this sparkling wine matures in the cellars of Freyburg. It’s character is saved by a genuine natural cork.
Dosage: 17 - 21g/l Zucker
Alcohol content: 12,5%vol

Ich kaufe diesen Sekt immer wieder gern. Viele meiner Bekannte verbinden Rotkäpchensekt mit dem Standartangebot in den Kaufhallen und sind nach Probe dieses Sektes positiv überrascht.
