Cherry brandy, 39%vol
The cherry brandy from the Mühlenbrennerei in Dietzenrode, Thuringia, is made of cherries harvested in the allotment gardens of the Eichsfeld. The fruits come from organic growing and are handpicked and hand-selected. The mash is distilled two times in two small copper pot-stills. The slow distillation and the carful separation of the middle-cut result in an extraordinary spirit. After careful maturation of one year it is bottled by hand.
