Single-variety apple brandy, 42%vol


The single-variety apple brandy from the Mühlenbrennerei in Dietzenrode, Thuringia, is a fruit brandy of the highest quality. It is distilled only from the best fruits of the variety Boskoop. The fruits come from organic growing in the region Eichsfeld in Thuringia, Germany, and are handpicked and hand-selected. The mash is distilled two times in two small copper pot-stills. The slow distillation and the carful separation of the middle-cut result in an extraordinary spirit. After careful maturation of one year it is bottled by hand.
