An outstanding, rich and complex malt, non-chill-filtered and bottled at the unusual strength of 48%.

 

Nose:

Spicy and fruity with hints of peat, cream, fudge and honey

Palate:

Medium bodied, soft and fruity, sherry sweetness, malt, toffee, lots of spice

Finish:

Quite long with oak and little peat, lingering spices

 

 

Coloured with caramel.
