Vinification:

After discarding the stalk, the colour and tannins are extracted in an optimal way through what we call “thermovinification” (process of heating the grapes). Fermentation is maintained at a steady 16°C in order to enhance fruity aromas.

Tasting notes:

This is a crimson wine, which boasts cerise, shiny shades. Small-berry flavours ranging from blackcurrant to wild strawberry come out intensely, along with light floral hints. This is a medium-bodied, harmonious wine, which combines Merlot’s roundness with Cabernet’ structure, in which the fruit is really honoured. A delightful wine!
