What’s the secret of Jinzu Gin? Jinzu connects Japanese exotic with British tradition. It is distilled in Scotland. But the base is not a mash of cereals as usual. It is distilled from the Japanese rice wine Sake. The spices are classic juniper and coriander, unique are cherry blossoms and Yuzu – a Japanese botanical with citrus aroma, and again Sake.
