Hyde single grain burgundy cask finish Irish Whiskey has been matured in flame charred bourbon oak casks before beeing transferred into toasted burgundy red wine casks to impart a unique burgundy red wine finish. Hyde is finally matuerd in the temperate climate & rugged landscape of the south west coast of Ireland.

A well rounded smooth Irish single grain whiskey married with notes of spiced vanilla. Apple peel, overripe red berries and blossom honey, all culminating in an exceptional whiskey with a smooth finish.

Non-chill filtered, no colouring

Douglas Hyde was the 1st President of Ireland from 1938-1945. He was sworn into office on 26th June 1938, which was the very 1st presidential ceremony in Ireland’s long & rich history. Hyde Whiskey was created to deliver complex Presidential flavour notes that are a celebration of Ireland’s unique history, heritage and provenance, a truly stately whiskey.
