This bottle of Gold Cock Single Malt Whisky is fom one of the last casks of 1996 Gold Cock Whisky. It is distillated from malted barley grown in northern Moravia, prepared in Bruntál’s malt house in a very traditional way. The malt is dried over the peat from tho Mountain of St. Sebastian. Its distillation took place in Těšetice Distillery, near Olomouc. The new make was drained into heavily burned new oak casks from the European winter oak (Quercus petraea). After more than twenty years, it was drained from the cask and after one month resting in a stainless steel tank it was bottled.
