Raspberry brandy, 40%vol

The raspberries for the Gansloser Raspberry Brandy come from the Forest of Odes, Serbia and from the Carpathians. They are fermented and distilled discontinuous. Gansloser Raspberry Brandy is therefore a real raspberry brandy, not just a fruit spirit as usually produced by many distilleries. Raspberries are difficult to ferment because of their less content of fermentable sugar.

 

Appearance:

Crystal clear, bright, transparent

Nose:

Authentical, intens, fine quality, fruity and ripe raspberry notes, besides citrus and mint

Taste:

Typical raspberry with pleasing green notes, smooth and warm in the alcohol

Finish:

Good length with alcohol sweetness and fruit
