Vinification:

Hand picked grapes, double jacketed stainless steel tanks, malolactic fermentation, 9 days, 28 – 30 °C, ageing: 6 months in French ( 70% ) and American ( 30% ) oak casks, further 6 in bottle

Tasting notes:

Deep violet colour with blue shades. Complex aroma. A combination of violets, cherries and sour cherries in oak. Concentrated Taste. Blackberry fruits, ripe plums and tobacco leaves. Complex finish with remarkable sweet tannins and long lasting aftertaste.
