Single Malt Irish Whiskey, 46%vol


Dunville, once one of the best-known names in Irish whiskey, is back. After more than 80 years this 10 year old and pedro ximinez finished expression is out to keep this brand alive.

Non chill-filtered, no colouring.
 

Nose:

Fresh green apples, with green grass and tropical chews.

Taste:

Softer and sweeter on the palate, with bubblegum, Jolly ranchers and some spiced custard. Complex citrus notes with a little confected sweetness. Sweet tropical fruit up front.

Finish:

Winey finish like a dry Riesling, leading to integrated wood.
