Cusqueña has a fine and pure, internationally accepted taste. It is made from 100% barley and saaz hops.

Colour dark golden, foam not very stable. In the nose hops, apple puree and cereals. The taste is mild and gentle, balanced and medium bodied. Soft, but distinct bitterness, which is lingering, rich balanced aroma with malty notes, then growing fruit. Soft and gentle, but interesting.
