Sweet honey wine made of linden tree honey with it’s fine and fruity bouquet is the winner of most of our tastings. With 10,5%vol alcohol and residual sugar of ca. 85 g/l it is not too sweet to overlay the development of the unique aroma of the linden tree honey. Frequently 20 to 30 samples of linden tree honey from different countries have to be tastet until the right one is found. But this critical preference rewards you when you open the bottle.
