Single Malt Irish Whiskey, 46%vol
Since 2007 the 10 year old bottlings of Tyrconnell are available, every one with a special wood finish. The Tyrconnell is a Single Malt Irish Whiskey from the Cooley-Destillerie - renamed to Kilbeggan Distilling Co. since the takeover by Beam. The "Port Finish" gets a long maturing in American White Oak casks and is then transferred to Ex-Port casks for a second maturing.
